Cute Snowlady Holiday Topper (Two)Completed by Marts Card Shop

I cut out the main card topper and adhered this to card with a pale blue background and gold spots using double sided tape. I then used double sided tape again to adhere the panel to a 20 x 20 cm scalloped card. I cut out the flower elements and coloured these and the snow lady's nose, heart and hat pom pom using a clear sparkle pen. The flowers were then layered onto the card using small foam pads.

A simple, but very pretty card to make.
