Funky Snowman Topper BlueCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed the file onto Crafty Bob's matt photo paper and cut out the parts. I attached the base image to a mid blue pearl C5 card with DST. I edged with a decorative white peel off border. I decoupaged with foam tape and silicone.

I added the greeting label with 2mm foam. I embellished the "pom poms" and the robins' hats trims with cristal stickles, for a bit of sparkle. I added two blue and white mini buttons to the snowman's front. A lovely cute design, it looks adorable made up! He is such a cute snowman!!
