After cutting out the base layer and then adding the decoupage I decided to mat onto red card then onto a blue pearl A5 card.

Using an EK Success border punch I edged the card then stuck a strip of red card under it to give effect.

On the right hand side of the card I added shiny red card candy. Red pearl stars were attached to the border at top and bottom of the card, the broom head and pompom on hat were glazed with glossy accents and the finishing touch was edging the snowman with glitter!
