I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with blue card and mounted it onto a white card blank.

I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added one of the sentiments from the design sheet and a silver bell peel-off.

How cute is this little guy,I'm sure he will make everyone smile...it's a gorgeous design.
