I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage. I scored and folded a square card. I attached Frosty Christmas Snowman backing paper 1, cUp 113556_796, to the card with double sided tape.

I attached the design to the card also using double sided tape.
