Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to 6x6 card stock using PVA glue. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added red gems to snowman's hat.

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a 6 x 6 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
To give a snow effect I added lots of silver peeloff leftover bits.
