I printed this card onto photo paper. I then cut out all the decoupage pieces. I added the main sheet to a scalloped card using dst. I added the decoupaged pieces with foam pads.
I added glitter glue to the finished card, then added white pearls to the corners of the red and red pearls to the corners of the white. a stunning card that will be gleefully received.
