used A4 lanscape, used the base of the picture to make backing paper, stuck the backing paper on with double sided tape, then stuck main picture with double sided tape, cut all the other bits out then decoupaged it using silicone glue.

Then typed out a sentiment and backed on to silver card and stuck it on wtih sticky pads.
