I printed the design onto 200gsm matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with contrasting card and mounted it onto the base card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added a little glitter to the fur trim on the boot...little pearl gems and a bow...this is a gorgeous design...such a cute little chap suitable for all ages.
