Polar Bear Fishing Card with DecoupageCompleted by Giselle Topper

This one was so cute I couldn't resist and will be perfect to give one of my friends from work who is visiting Antarctica soon.

Don't know if she'll get to go ice fishing though...

After cutting out the decourpage elements and mounting them on the base topper with foam tape - I adhered it with DST to a matching purple textured cardstock to create the card base.

I then added Liquid Pearls Diamond to the Polar bears cap, around the melted snow of the fishing hole and a couple of drops next to the fish who unfortunately got caught.

Now just to add "Bon Voyage" wishes to the sentiment tags, which I layered and staggered for added dimension. I'm sure she'll love it!!!
