This is a lovely design that you can add sparkle to. :) I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out the pieces.

I then glittered the icicles and then decoupaged the layers using foam pads. I added some glitter peeloff dots to the snowflake centres.

I layered the topper onto some glitter holigraphic card and trimmed it in silver border peeloff. I attached using doublesided tape to my white 5x7 card.
