I printed the design onto Crafty Bob's Premium Matte photo paper then cut out all of the pieces.

I matt and layered the main bit of the design onto some glittery blue cardstock then attached it to the front of a scalloped white cardblank that I had added pink and blue lines to.

The smaller elements were decoupaged onto the design using silicone glue I added some thin strips of the glittery card onto the tree for decoration.
