I printed on very smooth card and cut out the parts. I attached the base image on a 6inch dark blue cardblank with DST. I siliconed the decoupage.

I added yellow stickles to the street lamp and star, red stickles to the wreath, and attached a pretty blue bow to the wreath.

I completed the card with a decorative gold border along two sides. A lovely festive design in pretty blues and cream. the finished card is so cute.
