I added my own sentiment to the image before printing out onto matte photo paper (you can use the sentiments provided if preferred) and cut out all elements.I then attached main topper onto white card stock and decoupaged the remaining elements.

I added a little glitter for extra effect.

Finally I used a border punch to finish off this lovely easy to make up card.
