I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out. I took a white 7x7 scalloped edge card blank and adhered the topper using dst. I didn't add any of the decoupage elements as the design speaks for itself so all I embellished it with was some red and green gems and added one of the accompanying sentiments adhered with foam pads.

A really lovely traditional Christmas scene.
