Frosty Gnome

With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done

Printed on good quality photo paper cutout and layered onto a star backing then onto a pale blue card I then added some tiny crystals to complete this gorgeaus design.
