I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Attached the image on to an 8x8 card blank using DST, then added the decoupage with glue gel. Used a little glitter on the flowers, added one of the sentiments from cup802198_1072, and added dark blue peel off corners.
Finished by adding the matching insert with DST.
