Happy Christmas
I have designed this topper to fit a 6inch card and have 3 layers of decoupage. Simply cut out the base image and then attach to your card, then cut out the decoupage layers and using 3D foam, build these onto the card front.
Matching insert panels are available.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements. Added beads and glitter to finish. Just so beautiful.
