I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper. I cut out the main picture and attached it to a white card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to white C5 card and added decoupage with foam pads.
Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto red card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around the edge. Added a greeting, faux gems and a touch of glitter.
