The step by steps are easy and quick to make, great for craft fairs and you simply cut out the main image and attach to your card as a base, then build up the layers using 3D foam.

I added a thin green border to the picture before I printed on matte card printing the picture again. I wet glued the first to a matching base card with a cut border on the top and cut around the lace of the 2nd picture .
I added layers with foam squares. I used gold glitter on the frames, bow and sentiment and opal glitter on the lace edge and snow. Added a matching bow and finished with small gems.
