Special Neighbours - Decoupage Front for CardCompleted by Eve Mcmean

Printed out on quality matt photo paper, I then cut out l the pieces and mounted the base piece onto a pale blue card which I trimmed with fancy scissors, I then attached that layer to a darker blue pice of card which I then glued to a plain white card.

I then added the layers using sticky foam pads. Attached a Happy Christmas sentiment and then used white glitter glue on the snow.
