Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a white card base with a snowflake border. Attached 3d pieces using foam pads. Oh so true!!!!
I printed onto smooth white card and cut out all the elements,I added the base design to a blank card and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,to finish I added a white pom pom to the hat.Fantastic quote Carol.
