The design was printed on to matte photo paper and cut out.

I added a contrast backing panel to the front of a 6x6 card then adhered the main image on top with d/s foam tape.

The other elements were added with foam pads.

To finish the card I added a ribbon and bow down the side, flat back gems and stickles glitter plus a printed verse inside.
