I printed the sheet onto 280 gsm card. I then put the pieces together using 3mm square foam pads. I stuck the backing sheet onto pre folde A6 card. I also used a shimmering backing sheet for the centre of the card.

I cut out the middle of the picture and secured it with foam pads. I then glittered to finish.
