Copied to matte photo paper and cut out. Matted the base to green card stock using wet glue. Built up the decoupage using d.s.foam tape. There is two birthday plates with the design , I have used both to make a flip up greeting.

I added a polka dot bow and some glitter on the bag strap. This card is suitable for any little girl, such a sweet image it is bound to be a hit.
