I rounded and layered up the decoupage design with glue gel

I then got a white card base and added 2 different oriental papers that co-ordinated, then i put the border from the design between the 2 backing papers, then i added the sentiment to one corner, to finish i added glossy accents to the flowers and liquid pearls on the sentiment flower with a gem in the middle.
