I firstly cut out and assembled the guard using foam pads. i then decided to create the guards box behind him. i found a picture of a box at buckingham palace and, using blue card, cut out pieces to recreate the shape of the box on to a DL card blank.

I then added gold peel offs to decorate the box. I printed of an image of the crown from the internet and added this along with the royal ER symbol to the top of the box.

Finally i mounted the guard on top using foam pads.
