I resized sheet and printed onto good quality smooth paper I assembled decoupage using glue gel.I used pink co-ordinations card and embossed with folder I then distreesed this to show the co-ordinating colour.I matted that onto 8x8 scallopped card and then attached decoupage.I finished by adding white organza ribbon Then added small flower gems to the ribbon...This is a fab new concept from Lee
