Male driver on cloud nine after passing his driving test! All done in vectors for that more contemporary look. Decoupage to make the car stand out and an extra 'L' plate thrown in for good measure! Can also be used as a 'Good Luck' card.

Resized to fit an A6 white card, then layered on to silver foil card before adding to base card. Decoupaged the image, tore the L-plate in half and added the greetings.
