I printed onto matt photo paper and cut out the parts. I matted the main image to peeling paint background,cup319025_1435 then attached to a tentfold scalloped 8x8 cardblank with DST.

I attached the easy decoupage with silicone. I used glossy accents on the headlamps for volume, made a mini traffic light with card and peel offs and attached with foam tape to the top right corner. I added 3D mini bollard and breakdown triangle to lower corners and attached a shiny un sticker to the sky. This is such a simple yet effective design. It's so quick to craft and is so eyecatching! Great for good luck or congratulations with driving test, Birthday with pressie of driving classes etc..I can think of several suitable occasions. I love it!!
