With this design i printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base onto the front of a red C5 card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design to congratulate someone on passing their driving test, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
