Easter Card Front with Fan DecoupageCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet out twice and cut the base image from one sheet, mounted it onto gold mirror card and stuck to a 14.5cm x 14.5cm card blank.

I then cut the two individual fans and cut them up so I can layer them on each other.

I used 1mm pads and tape to layer the flans. When I finished the fan I stuck it onto the base with 2mm foam pads and tape at the midpoint and then used 1mm foam pads for the bow.
