I used cream card for the base.

I then matted a piece of backing paper onto a piece of brown shimmer paper,leaving a narrow border.The decoupage base layer was also matted onto a piece of brown shimmer paper,and stuck on top of the backing paper mat.The decoupage was layered up with foam pads.The Easter Bunny tag was matted onto a piece of brown shimmer paper with foam tape,and attached to the corner of the card.
