After mounting the matching background, # 192A, onto blue cardstock (background cut to 6 1/2" x 51/4", solid cardstock cut to 7" x11", circle die used to cut the circle in the background,) I began using a scissors and craft knife to cut the pieces.

I mounted them with double stick foam as I went through the layers. Super simple, easy to cut out, and the colors printed bright on regular cardstock with the printer set to high quality.
