I printed onto good quality matte photo paper then carefully cut out all the pieces with a craft knife. I matted the main image onto black backing paper then onto a plain card blank.

I added the decoupage step by step using sticky foam pads and silicone glue to add shape and dimension. Great decoupage on this card design.
