I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted the main image with copper embossed mirri-card with a punched edge and mounted it onto contrasing card.

I added the decoupage using silicone gel and to finish the card I added a bow and little gems...this is truly a magical design.
