I printed off the sheet and cut out all the pieces. I glued blue/green shimmer paper to the front of a white A5 card then stuck the main topper onto that.

I bordered the main topper with silver straight line peel offs and added blue and green glitter to the fairies wings.

Finally i added the decoupage layers using glue gel.
