Fantasy Swan Scallop Edge Card FrontCompleted by Vivien Booth

After printing out on to white card stock I cut out the main focal point and decoupage pieces, and assembled as shown.

I used two pieces of A4 blue card and made an 8x8 square card by making one piece of card 9x8 and folding one inch in as a border at the back of completed card.

I used the scalloped edge to draw round about an inch inside the front edge of the card and cut away the straight edge.

Then I used diamond sparkles glitter on the swirls and some of the stars and also on the outside edge of card.

I used fine line peeloffs at the scalloped edge and at the edge of focal picture.
