The image was printed onto good quality card and all layers were cut out using scissors and guillotine. The main image was mounted onto patterned cardstock and pink lace was attached to the back of the topper, which was then layered onto a blank 8x8 card that had been embossed.
The decoupage layers were added using 3D foam pads and the greeting was attached on pads. I then used a quickie glue pen to dot the flowers and sprinkled glitter onto them to add sparkle. Very easy to make.
