Watercolour Mermaid Decoupage SheetCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,then mounted the main image to some vivid blue paper,punched up the sides,and mounted it to an 8x8 card,then i decoupaged up the flowers,added pearls to the centre of the flowers,and butterfly,to finish add glamour dust to the Mermaid.
