Watercolour Rainbow Mermaid Decoupage SheetCompleted by Cindy Thompson

I printed this lovely watercolour image onto gloss photo paper, cut out the main image and mounted it onto white canvas like card, cut out the decoupage and mounted that onto the main card using foam pads, finished off with gold lines and wording peel offs.
