I printed onto super smooth paper and cut out all the elements. I built up the decoupage with a variety of sizes and thicknesses of foam pads and attached the ribbon strips with narrow foam tape.

I attached the topper to a pink A5 card blank and tied a pink ribbon around the spine and made a bow.

I added some foam flowers and a greeting tile to finish. This is a lovely card for many occasions.
