Card Topper & Pinky FlowersCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed off the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base layer onto blue holo card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel.

I matted a greeting on the same blue holo card & used foam pads to mount it to the base image.

I used Star Dust, Diamond & Patina Stickles to add lots of sparkle.
