I printed this on Crafty Bob's glossy photo paper, cut out the decoupage pieces and layered these using foam pads. I then added pink crystals to the base of the glass for a bit of 'bling' and a few small clear crystals to some of the bubbles for added fizz. I attached this to a white card blank using double sided tape.

A fun card and quite quick to make.
