I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and mounted onto an 8 x 8 scalloped edge card. I printed out twice to decoupage the fan. Before adding the fan I punched a hole in the fan base and threaded 2 white tasssels through.

I decoupaged with sticky pads and shaped the butterflies wings outwards for added 3D effect. I added an extra butterfly to the fan base and added tiny pearls to decorate the fan. I finished off by adding a fine gold elasticated bow to the spine. This is a stunning and beautifull design that is so pretty and feminine
