I cut out the borders from the design and stuck to the card horizontally in the centre,i put the main design image on top of that with foam pads, i went over the swirls with glittery gel pen, added the decoupage elements with glue gel and sentiment with foam pad and to finish i added 2 butterflies, heart gems and little flower crystals in the corners of the card.
