Girly Heaven Decoupage
This is a stunning Step by Step Decoupage sheet, Girly Heaven, from my Collection of Modern Designs. The main design will fit an A5 sized card blank (A4 folded in half).
The patterned border is placed on the Inside of the card and the scalloped bottom edge of the card front is cut away, to reveal it.

printed on to quality photo paper cut out all elements matted main image on to white card then layered with foam pads
I printed onto matte photo card. I punched the front edge of a red card blank then attached black card behind it. I then mounted the topper using DST & assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads.
