The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a white 6x6 square card blank as my base. I used a piece of lime green pearlesent card and attached a piece of spotty paper to make a panel for the front of the card.

I used a piece of the same lime green card to mount the topper onto. I used Pinflair glue gel to layer the decoupage. I used 2 of the greeting mounted onto scalloped circles. I tied space dyed organza ribbon and a handbag charm to the spine of the card to decorate.
