This card has definitely got the "WOW" factor. Fabulous colours for the young at heart. I copied onto premium gloss photo paper. Cut out the elements and layered with sticky pads. I backed it onto bright pink card stock and added purple gems at each corner.
Really fun to make and a stunning effect.
