I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the pieces. I used foam pads to decoupage the shoes. I put amber rhinstones in the center of each corner flower and framed the topper with a gold peel off border sticker.

I then used double sided tape to adhere it to a matching yellow base card. An appealing card for anyone that loves shoes.
